Training

NLP Training

Our NLP training is designed to be practical, ethical, and usable in the real world — not just something you understand intellectually, but something you can actually do.

Whether you want to improve your own life, become a more effective coach, or add powerful communication tools to your existing profession, our training focuses on skill, integration, and confidence, not theory for theory’s sake.

Training Levels

NLP Practitioner Training

NLP Practitioner is the foundation level and the starting point for most people.

This training gives you a solid working understanding of NLP and the ability to use it confidently with yourself and others.

What you’ll learn includes:

  • How people create habits, behaviours, and emotional responses

  • Language patterns for influence, motivation, and change

  • Anchoring techniques for confidence, calm, and focus

  • State control and emotional regulation

  • Reframing unhelpful thought patterns

  • Rapport, calibration, and sensory awareness

  • Introduction to change work and ethical coaching principles

Who Practitioner training is for:

  • People wanting personal change and clarity

  • Coaches, therapists, teachers, and leaders

  • Anyone wanting stronger communication and self-awareness

  • Those considering professional coaching work

No previous NLP experience is required.

NLP Master Practitioner Training

Master Practitioner takes everything from Practitioner and deepens it.

This level is about precision, flexibility, and mastery — understanding not just what to do, but why it works and how to adapt it to the individual in front of you.

What you’ll learn includes:

  • Advanced language patterns and conversational influence

  • Values, beliefs, and identity-level change

  • Meta-programs and motivation profiling

  • Strategy elicitation and redesign

  • Timeline-based change processes

  • Advanced anchoring and state stacking

  • Working with complex emotional patterns

  • Developing your own coaching style and presence

Who Master Practitioner training is for:

  • Practising coaches and therapists

  • People working with change, leadership, or performance

  • Those wanting depth, confidence, and professional credibility

  • Anyone serious about mastery rather than shortcuts

Master Practitioner training requires prior completion of NLP Practitioner.

How We Train

We train in a blended, skills-based format designed to support real learning, not overwhelm.

Online Training

  • Live interactive online sessions

  • Clear demonstrations and guided practice

  • Replay access for reinforcement

  • Ideal for theory, understanding, and integration

In-Person Training

  • Practical exercises and supervised practice

  • Real-time feedback and calibration

  • Coaching confidence building

  • Learning how NLP feels, not just how it sounds

This combination allows you to learn at depth while still fitting training around real life.

A Different Way of Learning

Many people arrive at NLP training saying the same thing:

“I struggled at school — but I don’t struggle here.”

That’s not accidental.

School Learning: Deductive

Most traditional education is deductive:

  • You’re given rules first

  • Then theories

  • Then explanations

  • And finally, if there’s time, an example

This works well for some people — particularly those who learn best through abstract thinking and memorisation.

For many others, it leads to:

  • Overthinking

  • Self-doubt

  • Feeling “not academic enough”

  • Knowing the theory but not knowing what to do

NLP Training: Inductive

NLP is taught primarily through inductive learning.

That means:

  • You experience something first

  • You notice what works

  • You practise it

  • And only then do we explain why it works

In other words:

Experience → Pattern → Understanding

This mirrors how humans naturally learn skills — language, movement, social connection, emotional regulation.

It’s the reason NLP training often feels:

  • Practical rather than academic

  • Enjoyable rather than stressful

  • Confidence-building rather than overwhelming

Learning Through Doing

You won’t spend days taking notes and hoping it makes sense later.

Instead, you’ll:

  • Observe live demonstrations

  • Practise techniques in small, safe steps

  • Receive feedback in real time

  • Refine your skills through repetition

This approach supports:

  • Visual learners

  • Auditory learners

  • Kinaesthetic learners

Which is why many people who felt “bad at school” discover they’re actually very good learners — once the learning matches how the brain really works.

Why This Matters

Inductive learning:

  • Builds confidence naturally

  • Creates deeper understanding

  • Leads to faster integration

  • Produces usable skills, not just information

By the time we explain the theory, you’ve already felt it working.

The knowledge isn’t abstract — it’s anchored in experience.

Training for Real-World Use

Our aim isn’t for you to pass a test.

It’s for you to walk away able to:

  • Manage your own emotional state

  • Communicate more effectively

  • Adapt your approach to different people

  • Use NLP confidently in real situations

That’s why our training feels different from school —
because it’s designed around how humans actually learn, not how institutions organise information.

Not everyone wants or needs formal qualification — sometimes the goal is a specific outcome for a specific group.

Bespoke Workshops

Alongside formal NLP qualifications, we also design and deliver bespoke NLP-based workshops tailored to specific groups, organisations, or outcomes.

These workshops use the same inductive, experiential learning style as our accredited training — adapted to the needs of the people in the room.

Workshops can be designed around:

  • Communication and rapport

  • Confidence and emotional regulation

  • Focus, motivation, and performance

  • Team dynamics and leadership

  • Stress management and resilience

  • Introduction to NLP tools for workplaces

Who bespoke workshops are for:

  • Businesses and organisations

  • Schools and education settings

  • Community groups

  • Professional teams

  • Conferences and away days

Workshops can be delivered:

  • Online

  • In-person

  • As a single session or a short programme

How Bespoke Differs from Formal Training

Bespoke workshops:

  • Are outcome-focused rather than qualification-led

  • Do not include certification

  • Are tailored to time, audience, and context

  • Focus on practical tools people can use immediately

Formal training:

  • Leads to recognised certification

  • Follows a structured learning pathway

  • Includes assessment and supervised practice

Both use the same NLP principles — the difference is depth and destination.

Our Training Philosophy

  • No scripts — learn how to think, not what to memorise

  • No hype — NLP is practical psychology, not magic

  • No pressure — confidence develops through practice

  • High ethics — change work comes with responsibility

Our focus is on helping you become capable, calm, and confident in using NLP — with yourself first, and then with others.

Is NLP Training Right for You?

NLP training is ideal if you:

  • Feel stuck and want a different way of thinking

  • Want better emotional control and communication

  • Work with people and want stronger results

  • Prefer practical tools over abstract theory

It may not be a fit if you:

  • Want instant fixes without practice

  • Prefer rigid scripts and formulas

  • Are looking for motivation without responsibility

Assessment & Certification

Certification is based on competence, not performance.

We don’t believe in catching people out or creating pressure — NLP is about effectiveness, not exams.

Certification includes:

  • Practical demonstration of skills

  • Participation in exercises and practice sessions

  • Ethical understanding and application

  • Trainer observation and feedback

Successful students receive:

  • NLP Practitioner Certificate or

  • NLP Master Practitioner Certificate

Training is delivered in line with internationally recognised NLP training standards,, with a strong emphasis on ethical and responsible application.
